Unpacking the 'Always Productive' Trap: How to Stop Equating Worth with Work

In a culture that glorifies hustle and nonstop productivity, it’s easy to believe that our worth is tied to how much we accomplish. We hear phrases like “grind harder,” “no days off,” and “you can rest when you’re successful”—but at what cost?
